It is an honor to greet all our partners working in the Customer Service Industry on our official website, and I am glad to introduce to you the work we do here at TC LAB.
For the past 30 years and more, I too have been a part of the same industry, working at various global offices for Samsung Electronics through postings in Singapore, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, India, other Asia-Pacific countries, and Latin America countries including Brazil.
During this time, and even now that I am independent of any firm, I have been aware of the ever-changing realities of our common industry.
Revolutionary technologies, constantly updated products, and the fast-changing lifestyles of consumers make it difficult for partners to run their business with certainty and stability.
The introduction of new processes and management of changes in established processes are essential factors for the smooth business operation of our partners. If processes were to continue without research and development into innovations, business would fall under the own weight of its inefficiency, unproductiveness, and expensive operational costs.
Tech & Creative Customer Service Laboratory will always be at the forefront of research and development in these core aspects of change. We aim to implement new processes, as well as assist in reforming established processes and in implementing them on the field, ultimately assisting in guiding the Customer Service Industry towards much more promising horizons.
