TC LAB is currently in the process of finalizing its operational preparations, and for the time being is offering
only customer service consulting and service center operations with product repair.
When our self-developed CRM system is finalized, we plan to expand our business to offer services
such as spare parts management(warehouse operation and its supplies to service centers),
customer service back-office outsourcing including service tracking, service parts order desk,
verification of warranty claims, and other customer service industry related key operations.
